Every now and then I think about things I’d like to see changed in ACT, here are a few items:
- I wish there was a way to clear calls, meetings and to-dos from the main contact screen.
- I wish I could see items scheduled in the future on the main contact screen.
- When you clear a call, I wish the first option was left message because 70% of the time that’s what happens. Call completed is the default.
- I would like to be able to schedule more than 150 calls at a time. FYI: the same issue persists with meetings and to-dos.
