I love teaching people about ACT! software, I’m a computer teacher at heart. I love helping companies and individuals layout their business plans and personal goals and then advise them how to use ACT! to help them achieve those goals.
ACT! is the vehicle that helps drive them towards their goals and I see myself as the driving instructor that helps them navigate their way. However, as that vehicle takes on mileage it eventually needs a great mechanic and the mechanic I’d like to recommend is Mike Lazarus.
Mike Lazarus is the owner GL Computing and he is based in Australia. Don’t concern yourself with the fact that he’s half a world away because I don’t think the guy ever sleeps. If I have a technical question about ACT!, Mike is the first person I think of when I need an answer. He loves the ins and outs of working with ACT! software and has been an advocate of ACT! for years. He’s impassioned about ACT! software and typically has the answer to the most complex ACT! questions possible. If you are an ACT! user he’s a phenomenal resource and he should be listened to closely because he will save you time and money with his sage advice (pun intended).
When it comes to ACT!, please think of me as your driving instructor who teaches you how to get ACT! out of gear and onto the road, and think of Mike as the mechanic you need when you hit a bump in the road and ACT! has a glitch.
I like Mike and you should too!
Here are a number ways to reach Mike and please tell him “Tony sent me.”

WOW! Thanks Tony … I like you too
People often ask why I do so much support in on-line forums… having worked with ACT! since October 1987, I really believe in it and know that: with careful design, customisation and appropriate add-ons (using the SDK), I can make it a core part of solutions that users will see a return from. To put it another way: I want users to like the product as much as I do
BTW: Another good place to get info on ACT! is the LinkedIN ACT! Fanatics Group –
